These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bt789 (hereinafter "bt789", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bt789 website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the bt789 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting bt789 support.

1.2 Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain a bt789 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are participating voluntarily and for personal recreational purposes only.

1.3 Amendments to Terms

bt789 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.4 Governing Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is strictly permitted to hold only one (1) active bt789 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is prohibited. bt789 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bt789 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bt789 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we apply a Know Your Customer (KYC) process that may require you to provide identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad registered to your name)

bt789 targets a KYC review turnaround of under 30 minutes for standard document submissions. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bt789 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bt789 will never ask you for your password through any channel — any communication claiming otherwise should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bt789 support immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bt789 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bt789 does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions.

3.2 Deposit Rules

Deposits are credited to your bt789 account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. bt789 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds as part of our compliance obligations. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. bt789 targets the following processing timeframes:

• bKash and Nagad: Under 5 minutes for verified accounts with standard withdrawal amounts
• Rocket and Upay: Under 15 minutes for verified accounts
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC, etc.): 1–3 business hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank

These timeframes apply to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may experience delays pending document review. bt789 does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

3.4 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your bt789 account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. bt789 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum withdrawal limits in response to fraud risk or operational requirements, with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering

bt789 applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with responsible platform operation. bt789 may suspend withdrawals and request additional documentation where transaction patterns are inconsistent with normal player behaviour, or where there is reason to suspect that funds originate from unlawful activity. Cooperation with AML investigations is a condition of account use.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by bt789 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer. These Terms provide the general framework; where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall apply to that promotion only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to your bt789 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is presented. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place total bets of ৳30,000 from the bonus balance before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players as determined by bt789 at its discretion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. bt789 reserves the right to decline bonus offers to any player or group of players at any time without providing a reason.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

bt789 actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploiting game selection to meet wagering requirements at reduced risk; placing opposing bets across accounts; or any coordinated strategy designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotional offer. Where bonus abuse is detected, bt789 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

4.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated at the point of offer. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. bt789 does not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.1 Player Obligations

As a registered bt789 player, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC, and any support interactions
• Keep your contact information current so that bt789 can reach you regarding account matters
• Use the platform only for lawful personal recreational purposes
• Notify bt789 support promptly if you become aware of any error in game outcomes, payment processing, or account balance
• Comply with all applicable responsible gaming measures available through your account settings

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bt789 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or operating any account on behalf of a third party
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such errors must be reported to support immediately
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to influence game outcomes
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using bt789 for any money laundering purpose
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bt789 support staff or other players
• Making fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against bt789

6.1 Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the bt789 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall compilation and arrangement of the platform — is the property of bt789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

6.2 Permitted Use

bt789 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, modify, or distribute any part of the platform or its content for any commercial purpose.

6.3 Third-Party Game Content

Games available on the bt789 platform are provided by third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in those games belong to the respective studio. Use of those games is subject to the terms of bt789's licensing agreements with those providers.

6.4 Trademarks

The bt789 name, logo, and associated brand marks are proprietary identifiers of bt789. You may not use any bt789 trademark, trade name, or service mark in any manner without bt789's prior written consent.

7.1 Platform Availability

bt789 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond bt789's reasonable control. bt789 is not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the platform.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bt789's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to the platform or these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their bt789 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bt789 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if bt789 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7.3 Game Outcome Disputes

All games on the bt789 platform use certified random number generators (RNGs). Where a player disputes the outcome of a game, the dispute must be submitted to bt789 support within 30 days of the disputed event, with a clear description of the game, date, time, and stake amount. bt789 will investigate the claim using platform logs and provider certification records. Where the RNG certification confirms the outcome recorded, bt789's decision is final.

7.4 Payment Disputes

Payment disputes — including claims of missing deposits or delayed withdrawals — must be submitted to bt789 support with the relevant transaction reference, amount, date, and payment method details. bt789 targets a resolution timeframe of 48 hours for standard payment disputes. Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first attempting resolution through bt789 support is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your bt789 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closure, bt789 will process any pending withdrawals to your verified payment method, provided no outstanding disputes or compliance holds exist on the account. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Suspension by bt789

bt789 reserves the right to suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity
• A dispute is under active investigation and account access presents a risk to evidence integrity
• Compliance with a legal obligation or instruction from a relevant authority

During a suspension, access to gameplay and withdrawals may be restricted pending investigation. bt789 will communicate the reason for suspension to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8.3 Permanent Closure

bt789 may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, where KYC verification fails, where a player is found to be under 18, or where continued account operation presents a compliance or security risk. Upon permanent closure for cause, any balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.

8.4 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may use the self-exclusion tools available in their account settings, which allow immediate account locking for periods from 24 hours to 12 months.
